Advancing,Boruch Hashem

Boruch Hashem, Chaim is advancing at a wonderful pace. This week he started feeding himself with his own bottle. It seems like he started crawling on Sari’s bed too.

There really is something special in the air here.

Chaim's First day in yerushalayim

Chaim's First day was so exciting. Immediately noticeable was his ability to understand what his tatty was saying and to react in kind.

Its the air in the land, it makes you brighter.

Have a wonderful shabbos.

Baby Chaim,
and his parents.

סגולה for who, what ??

סגולה  טו' ב'אב

Sometimes in Israel the signs could be a little confusing. Here is one we saw last night hanging on a bus stop...
(note, this was from a professional tour company )

Does anyone out there know what that thing the sign promises really is ? cuz that’s what tons of people flocked to עמוקא for on this wonderful day!

I hear they are a hot commodity in chutz la-aretz.

Happy Tu’bav everyone.
Lshana haba B’yerushalayim.
Love Baby Chaim
And his parents.

מוצאי שבת קודש

מוצאי שבת קודש
Boruch Hashem, we were able to get out this evening and visit the holy Western Wall a.k.a. the Wailing Wall. There were so many people there; it was a sight to see. We left the Kotel at almost 1am and it seemed as if it was in middle of the afternoon.
We really think Chaim is advancing at a really fast pace. You’ll never believe what he started doing as soon as we got to the wall……. You guessed it!  He started WAILING !!!
It was an enjoyable trip for the family. Chaim quieted down as soon as he had מלוה מלכה and we all davened together for a fantastic upcoming week - for us, for you, and for all of our friends.

שבוע טוב   from ירושלים
Love baby Chaim
and his parents.

Wow! What a tiring night out I had. So glad to be back, chilling with my folks while they eat מלוה מלכה. I hope not to give them a hard night tonight, cuz I know how tired they are from shabbos and this trip.

Baby Chaim's First Flight

While on the phone with Avrumie this morning, he shared with us his sympathy for not being able to enjoy our business first seats, cuz the basinets are so small in business and there were probably no empty seats in business and we probably couldn’t even enjoy the lay down flat beds with the baby and all. … Well as you’ll see, with the help of Hashem, Chaim and his parents were ably to fully enjoy themselves on the way back to artzeinu hakedosha.
Chaim loved his comfortable seats, slept (like a baby) most of the flight, and was really excited when we finally landed in ארץ ישראל .

He misses everyone and wishes everyone a fantastic שבת קודש .

Can’t wait till you come visit.

Love,
Baby Chaim and his parents.

I Really enjoyed the Executive lounge at the airport. The couches were super comfortable, the free drinks were great, and my Mommy got to relax while my Daddy helped himself to the snacks and drinks.

I slept so soundly on these pillows. I think I can really get used to this.

The stewardess was nice enough to help me to my own seat, she didnt think i was
gonna be too comfortable in the little bassinet they had for me. I was really thankful.

My ta tucked me in, sang me a lullaby, gave me a kiss, and let me sleep for hours and hours. I really felt bad for the rest of the people in cattle class, they looked so uncomfortable trying to maneuver their legs into a comfortable position to sleep. They looked more like a bag of contorted pretzels. It was funny

I didn't really want the seat belt at first, but i think it helped me sleep better, i was all snuggly and warm and nobody bothered me.

I really love my parents for taking me on this trip. I'm so so happy being here and my first flight was really a great experience.
Have a great Shabbos.
