Rationing: is the controlled distribution of scarce resources, goods, or services. Rationing controls the size of the ration, one's allotted portion of the resources being distributed on a particular day or at a particular time

Due to a serious famine of morning breakfast food, along with some serious foul play by a certain unnamed member of the family, Simmy found it necessary to ensure that he, too, can  partake in the consumption of yummy yummy cocoa pebbles from America.

Just a few short hours after Baby Keller was introduced to this world, I went to the hospital to check up on and visit both patients.  Mommy MD and baby Toby are doing well Baruch Hashem. Check out the clip- the baby performed at just the right time!  Shep Nachas!!
